Use at your own risk
Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. You are responsible for reviewing the connected wallet, network, registry contract address, value, gas estimate, and transaction details before signing.
Genesis claim
The genesis claim calls the Kaverload Registry with zero BOT value. Kaverload charges no platform fee for that call, but your wallet pays the BOT Chain network gas fee. A failed or reverted transaction may still consume gas.
Kaverload Points
Kaverload Points are non-transferable participation records. They have no cash value, are not an ERC-20 token, and cannot be sold, withdrawn, or redeemed. Points do not promise or guarantee a token, airdrop, allocation, eligibility, yield, financial return, access tier, governance right, ownership, or future benefit.
No custody or execution
Kaverload does not take custody of user assets, request private keys, execute trades, place orders, route swaps, or provide brokerage services in this release.
No financial advice
Kaverload does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Any product preview is not live market intelligence. Market and on-chain information may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, inconsistent, or incorrect.
Service availability
Smart contracts, wallets, RPC services, explorers, browsers, networks, hosting, and other third-party infrastructure may fail, pause, change, or become unavailable. Kaverload does not guarantee uninterrupted access or a successful claim.
Wallet identity
The registry enforces one genesis claim per wallet address. A wallet address is not proof of a unique person, identity verification, or KYC, and the first release does not claim Sybil resistance.
Legal review
These terms are a product draft and must be reviewed and approved by the project’s qualified legal counsel before formal public release. Continued use after an updated policy takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated version to the extent permitted by applicable law.
